Full job description

We are looking for an experienced landscaping professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in interlock installation, decks, fences, and pool-related landscaping work who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

About the Role
You will be part of a skilled crew working on residential and light commercial outdoor construction projects. The work includes full backyard transformations, hardscaping, and structural landscape builds from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
Build decks, fences, and outdoor structures
Assist with pool landscaping and surrounding hardscape features
Read and execute site layouts and project plans
Prepare bases, grading, and site excavation as required
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work collaboratively with crew leaders and project managers

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in landscaping construction (interlock required)
Experience with decks, fences, and/or pool landscaping is a strong asset
Strong understanding of site prep, grading, and hardscape installation
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Strong team player with good communication skills
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
