Full job description

Krest One Dental is a Dental Management Corporation operating multiple clinics across Ontario, Canada. Each clinic delivers a full suite of dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, implants, and emergency care. Our locations are equipped with modern technology and staffed by experienced professionals who prioritize patient experience, accessibility, and clinical excellence. We maintain strong brand standards and focus heavily on digital visibility and community engagement

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, and ad creative development. This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires strong time management, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
Assist in designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for content creation, idea generation, and marketing workflows.
Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution and content strategy.
Assist with social media content planning and execution.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or graphic design.
Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commute reliably to Mississauga for a full-time in-office role.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating ad creatives for paid advertising campaigns.
Social media marketing experience is an asset.
Basic video editing skills are a plus.
