Overview:

Are you passionate about driving brand growth through impactful paid media strategies?

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing operator to join our team and help elevate our brand across a variety of paid media channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, understands the omnichannel consumer path to purchase, and seeks to make a measurable impact on the business. You understand that paid media is a strategic lever to drive national business results and physical store traffic.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Out of Home, Digital/SEM, Social), ensuring all initiatives drive store traffic and align with national retail objectives.
Collaborate with external media partners and agencies, auditing performance with a critical eye to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized for business KPIs.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, providing proactive recommendations and executing rapid pivots to meet the fast pace of the retail environment.
Ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience by working closely with the owned media team to maintain consistency across the entire 360-degree funnel.
Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring paid media campaigns are measured, effective and deliver a positive return on investment.

To be successful as a Marketing Associate – Paid Media Channels:

Have a strong understanding of how different media channels work together to influence the consumer journey from awareness to in-store purchase.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with a proactive, ownership mindset while collaborating with partners to meet shared goals.
Be an excellent communicator, able to inspire and collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to execute strategies effectively.
Be strategic and data-driven, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments for ongoing improvement.
Embrace innovation and continuously seek new ways to enhance customer engagement and drive business results through paid media strategies.
Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver on deadlines, while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
2–4 years in Retail Paid Media (Enterprise level preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with proven experience executing campaigns.
Strong understanding of TV/Radio reach/frequency and post-buy analysis.
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies or media reps.
Experience planning and executing media budgets with strong ability to manage pacing and accruals of complex monthly spend across multiple vendors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Starting rate for this position is 50-65k
