Experienced Pizza Maker

Joe's Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about great food, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality pizzas.

Responsibilities:

Hand-stretch and prepare pizza dough to company standards
Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications
Build, bake, and finish pizzas with consistency and attention to detail
Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality, presentation, and cooking times
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and kitchen cleaning as required
Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of pizza-making experience preferred
Experience hand-stretching dough is considered a strong asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
