Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Technical Knowledge in Troubleshooting Base Operating system Issues and eager to learn New Technologies.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix. VDI, VPN, Security App etc. over Remote Support
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Answer incoming calls and respond to customerÃ¢ÂÂs emails in timely manner.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Provide product and service information to customers.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Research required information using available resources and Offer Solution to customers.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains who can best support he user,
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.
Ã¢ÂÂ¢ Complete call logs and reports.

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

Experience: 1-3 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 37000 to CAD 63000 .
