What You’ll Do:

As a TA Co-op Student, you’ll support day-to-day recruitment operations and key initiatives:

Recruitment & Coordination

Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring leaders
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support candidate communications and monitor shared inboxes

Preboarding & New Hire Experience

Prepare and track onboarding documents
Assist with e-recruitment file organization and compliance tracking

Reference Checks

Conduct and document reference checks
Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records

Training & Projects

Assist with the coordination of Recruitment Essentials training for hiring leaders
Prepare materials, manage attendance, and gather feedback

Events & Early Talent

Attend career related events as required
Support planning and execution of career fairs and recruitment events
Engage with candidates and assist with post-event follow-ups

What You Bring:

You're currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Talent Acquisition genuinely excites you - you love meeting people, building relationships and creating great candidate experiences
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
You pay attention to the details and know how to manage your time effectively
You're confident using MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a positive, customer-focused approach to everything you do
You're eager to represent our organization at career fairs and recruitment events. Travel is a regular part of the role, and some events may take place during evenings and weekends
