Hours: Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm

This role is available due to an existing vacancy and is open for immediate hire

Pay: $21-22/hour plus $0.60 shift premium

Job Responsibilities- FedEx

Organize and process outbound shipments by printing shipping labels and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment via FedEx.
Prior hands-on experience with FedEx shipping, including using the FedEx terminal and FedEx shipping software to create labels, track shipments, and manage documentation.
Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and verify products for shipment.
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently, including Dock Stocker and Reach Truck (certification required).
Maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure shipments meet quality, safety, and company standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Demonstrate reliability, commitment, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing.
Mandatory experience with FedEx shipping, including label creation and use of the FedEx terminal system.
Experience using RF scanners for order picking and shipping confirmation.
Valid MHE certification with proven experience operating Dock Stocker and Reach Truck (required).
Ability to efficiently and accurately pick and pack products in a timely manner.
Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
Ability to walk, stand, squat, twist, bend, and kneel for intervals of 15–30 minutes.
Good reading, writing, and listening skills, with basic math proficiency.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
