310S AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Flat Rate | No Weekends | 200+ Cars Per Month

If you're a real producer, this may be the shop you've been looking for.

Let's answer the questions every good technician wants to know.

Will I have enough work?

Yes.

We service over 200 vehicles per month, and we're growing.

The work is here.

Will the advisors sell my recommendations?

Yes.

Our Service Advisors are performance-driven and commission-based.

Selling properly recommended work is what they do for a living.

When you identify legitimate vehicle needs, our team is trained to communicate the value and help customers make informed decisions.

Will I make more money here?

If you produce more, you'll make more.

We have the systems, inspections, advisors, and customer base to keep work flowing.

We also provide courtesy rental vehicles and Uber rides to help customers approve larger repairs and keep jobs moving through the shop.

Will I be left alone to figure everything out?

No.

You will be supported by your Service Advisors, management team, and fellow technicians.

We're a team.

We work together to help the customer, help the technician, and help the business grow.

Is this shop serious?
