Summary

Join our team as a Kitchen Helper or Baker (Production) at our Toronto facility. In this role, you will support our bakery operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating authentic French desserts.
Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and baking processes to ensure timely production of bakery items.
Support cake decorating and packaging activities to maintain presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Handle ingredients and baked goods with care to uphold quality.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or kitchen work is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, especially in cake decorating and packaging.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in a bakery or pastry shop is an asset.
