Job Description:
We’re looking for a Data Clerk to support key administrative functions across our Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies teams. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate data entry, run reports and labels, and maintain smooth communication with internal and external partners. What You’ll Do
-
Maintain effective communication through various communication tools (i.e. email, telephone, etc.) with various internal and external partners

Ensures that all enquiries are responded to within a 24hr period and forwards information acquired through daily communication to appropriate partners.

Responsible for ensuring accurate entry, printing and distribution of information received from internal and external sources

Manage and creates systems logs/reports/tickets/labels, as required by functional area, and distributes accordingly.

Accountable for performing routine Preventative maintenance (i.e. shut down, clean, etc.) on miscellaneous Data Centre equipment (i.e. printers).

Responsible for preparing related management reports/spreadsheets
About You
-
Education: Minimum OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent education required.

1+ year of data entry experience

Effective communication skills, including verbal (liaising with fellow Associates, Supervisors, Planning etc.), written and reading.

Analytical skills and the ability to problem solving.

Accuracy and speed in keyboarding skills (45 headers per hour), including manual dexterity (SCAN data entry).

Spreadsheet, word processing and math skills (i.e. experience with MS Excel and MS Word).
