Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist/Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, managing front desk operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a relaxing environment where clients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Duties

Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
Manage appointment scheduling using booking software and coordinate with therapists and staff
Support administrative functions such as proofreading schedules, answer phone system and emails promptly, providing excellent customer support and support inquiries
Handle client check-in/check-out processes efficiently, including rebooking future appointments, data entry and updating records
Support daily spa operations by preparing treatment rooms, maintaining high sanitation standards, stocking supplies, and assisting therapists and guests to ensure a relaxing, seamless, and luxurious environment.

Skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry systems. MDWare salon software.
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
Familiarity with front desk operations in similar environments preferred
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail to maintain accurate records
Assist in creating retail displays
Social media creation and support an asset
Assist in all aspects of the spa, including preparing treatment rooms
