Full job description

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. You will work closely with the logistics and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures.
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring items are accurately labeled and placed in the correct location.
Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, coordinating with delivery and courier teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Follow proper unloading and loading sequences to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipment schedules, and warehouse activities.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries with fulfillment centers, including Amazon and other partners, as needed.
Communicate with logistics and shipping teams regarding inventory status and shipment progress.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin; English is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsible and reliable with a proactive work attitude.
