As Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging business owners, focusing on business development and growth within your assigned geographic area. More specifically, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with existing clients and managing account renewals
- Seeking new clients and building relationships
- Making sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Visiting clients in person
- Making cold calls to prospective clients and references
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas
In order to qualify for this role, you will need access to a vehicle along with a valid Driver's License .
As an ideal candidate, you are results-oriented, and able to successfully build relationships with others. You have excellent communication skills, are motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Moreover, you are able to face rejection and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in sales is an asset, but not required . Training will be provided.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be provided a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions . On average, the 1st year income in this role is around $85,000-$95,000. Our top representatives earn over six figures, and a significant number of them make more than $135,000.
