Full job description

Job Summary: Produce quality parts as specified by Production Supervisor and to customer specifications. As well as work with Manager, Supervisor and co-workers to keep a safe and clean place to work.

Essential Duties:

Study job orders and/or interpret drawings to determine brazing operation to be performed with minimal supervision.
Operate brazing/soldering equipment to weld parts.
Operate and set-up machines to perform operations, including, but not limited to, brazing, cutting, bending, end-forming, drilling, punching; with minimal scrap.
Verifying dimensions of parts produced using appropriate measuring instruments.
Clean work areas and equipment.
Suggest production improvements and report any errors or mistakes.
Maintain an acceptable level of production.
Maintain a safe work environment and report any policy and safety violations.
Sign off on all jobs performed
Perform other duties required by Production Supervisor.

Work Experience Requirements:

1 to 2 years in a related field

Education Requirements:

High level proficiency with measuring devices (e.g. calipers, tape measure)
High level proficiency with reading and interpretation of customer drawings
Secondary education

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
