Job Title: Financial Service Representative (FSR)Job Status: Regular Full-Time – One (1) New Vacancy

You’re comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and helping members take the next step with confidence.

What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Start Conversations

Connect with members across in-branch, phone, and digital channels
Proactively reach out through calls, follow-ups, and outreach to deepen relationships
Understand member needs and recommend solutions that support their financial goals

Deliver Financial Solutions

Support members with lending, investment, and everyday banking needs
Assist with loan and mortgage applications, including documentation and follow-up
Process investment transactions and support renewals

Drive Engagement & Results

Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
Contribute to individual and branch performance targets
Support campaigns and initiatives that grow member relationships

Support Branch Operations

Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
Provide teller coverage as needed
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all interactions

What Success Looks Like

Takes initiative to connect with members and build relationships
Comfortable starting conversations, including outbound calls and follow-ups
Confident identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Contributes to achieving individual and team goals
Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Adapts well in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in financial services or a credit union environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated initiative and comfort engaging members proactively
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to members
Solid understanding of financial products and services
Comfortable using digital tools and systems (e.g., MS Office)
Must be bondable

Compensation Range: $39,800 - $59,700.00 + Eligibility for Annualized Incentive Plan Benefits: YES. 100% Employer Paid Benefits including STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Extended Health, Dental Coverage, and Employee Family Assistance Program

Pension: 7% Employer Contribution to our Defined Contribution Pension Plan
