Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector (QCI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality that encompasses keen observation and organization, with the ability to read blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials and fabricated products to ensure they meet the required specifications, codes and standards.
- Perform detailed measurements using tools such as calipers, tape measure, gauges, and micrometers.
- Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify any quality issues or deviations.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality-related concerns.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Maintain calibration records.
- Review Material Test Reports.
- Role will involve heavy lifting and forklift driving.
- Use of MS Office and Adobe products.
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Education or equivalent.
- Post secondary education in quality or related field.
- Physically fit to perform inspection duties.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings.
- Effective communication skills both written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn and improve oneself.
- Experience in quality control inspection.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
