Summary

We are seeking a talented Barber or Barberette to join our team at The Big Moustache Barbershop in Chain lake. This role is vital in delivering exceptional grooming services that align with our commitment to quality and customer care. Located in Bayerslake, the position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and professional setting.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the salon.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
Assist clients in selecting suitable grooming products and upselling when appropriate.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling retail sales.
Keep up-to-date with the latest men's grooming trends and techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a barber or barberette with strong skills in hair styling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of sanitation standards within grooming environments.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well within a team.
Prior experience managing front desk responsibilities is a plus.
