Job Description：
1. Recruitment Needs & Talent Profiling
- Partner closely with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, business objectives, and role requirements;
- Define job responsibilities, core competencies, required experience, and cultural fit;
- Develop candidate profiles and structured interview evaluation criteria;
- Coordinate interview processes with HRBPs and business leaders, and continuously follow up on candidate progress;
- Assess local talent market conditions and candidate availability, and optimize talent profiles and recruitment strategies accordingly, particularly for roles and markets with limited talent supply, to improve recruitment feasibility and efficiency.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Write, develop, and optimize job descriptions (JDs);
- Post and maintain job openings across the U.S. market;
- Proactively source and engage qualified passive candidates;
- Review and assess inbound applicants;
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments;
- Coordinate subsequent interviews, interview feedback, offers, and candidate communications;
- Continuously follow up on candidate progress to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
3. Recruitment Channel Management
- Manage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms;
- Manage job postings, LinkedIn Recruiter searches, and talent databases;
- Analyze candidate quality and recruitment effectiveness across different sourcing channels;
- Select and optimize recruitment channels based on the characteristics of each role and local talent market conditions;
- Continuously explore new recruitment channels and talent sources.
4. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, talent databases, industry communities, employee referrals, and other channels;
- Manage both inbound applicants and passive candidates;
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in advance for recurring roles and positions with limited talent supply;
- Continuously engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates who may not have an immediate fit, building talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
- Continuously build and strengthen the talent pool based on business hiring plans.
5. Campus Recruiting & University Partnerships
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with target universities, colleges, and student organizations;
- Participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruiting activities;
- Develop talent pipelines for interns and new graduates;
- Maintain relationships with university Career Centers and relevant program coordinators;
- Continuously expand campus talent resources based on the company’s hiring needs.
6. Recruitment Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and complete candidate and position data in the ATS or recruitment tracking system;
- Track key recruitment metrics, including hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates;
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines across U.S. positions;
- Identify key recruitment bottlenecks and analyze their root causes;
- Proactively develop solutions to recruitment challenges and collaborate with Hiring Managers to drive implementation
Job Requirement:
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition;
- Familiarity with the North American recruitment market; U.S. recruitment experience is strongly preferred;
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other major recruitment platforms, with demonstrated sourcing experience;
- Strong ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, with excellent prioritization and time management skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
- Existing relationships or recruitment resources within universities, colleges, student organizations, or student associations are a plus.

- 与业务主管深入沟通招聘需求，了解业务目标及岗位实际需求；
- 明确岗位职责、核心能力、经验背景及文化匹配度；
- 建立候选人画像及面试评估标准；
- 协调HRBP及业务主管面试流程，并持续跟进候选人进度；
- 结合当地人才市场及候选人供给情况，优化人才画像及招聘策略，尤其针对人才供给相对有限的岗位和市场，提升招聘可行性及招聘效率。
2. 全流程招聘
- 撰写及优化职位描述（JD);
- 负责发布和维护全美范围内的招聘职位；
- 主动寻找并联系合适的被动候选人；
- 筛选主动申请的候选人；
- 完成初步面试及候选人评估；
- 协调后续面试、面试反馈、Offer 及候选人沟通；
- 持续跟进候选人招聘进度，确保招聘流程高效推进, 确保良好的候选人体验
3. 招聘渠道运营
- 负责 LinkedIn、Indeed 及其他招聘平台的运营与管理；
- 管理职位发布、LinkedIn Recruiter 搜索及人才库；
- 分析各招聘渠道的候选人质量及招聘投入效果；
- 根据不同岗位特点及人才市场情况，选择并优化合适的招聘渠道；
- 持续探索新的招聘渠道和人才来源。
4. 人才搜寻与人才库建设
- 通过 LinkedIn、人才数据库、行业社群、员工推荐等方式主动寻访候选人；
- 同时管理主动申请候选人和被动候选人；
- 针对持续招聘或人才供给相对有限的岗位，提前建立并维护候选人 Pipeline；
- 持续跟进和维护暂时没有合适职位的潜在候选人，为未来招聘需求储备人才；
- 根据业务招聘计划，持续建设和完善人才库。
5. 校园招聘与校企关系
- 与目标大学、学院及学生组织建立并维护长期合作关系；
- 参与校园招聘会、Career Fair、宣讲会及其他相关校园招聘活动；
- 建立实习生及应届毕业生人才渠道；
- 维护学校 Career Center 及相关项目负责人的合作关系；
- 根据公司招聘需求，持续拓展校园人才资源。
6. 招聘数据与汇报
- 维护 ATS 或招聘追踪表中的候选人及职位数据，确保信息准确、完整；
- 跟踪招聘进度、招聘周期、招聘渠道效果及 Offer 接受率等关键指标；
- 定期汇报全美各岗位招聘状态及候选人 Pipeline 情况；
- 识别招聘过程中的关键瓶颈，分析问题原因；
- 针对招聘难点主动提出解决方案，并与 Hiring Manager 沟通推动落地。
岗位要求
- 1年以上招聘 / Talent Acquisition 相关工作经验；
- 熟悉北美招聘市场，具有美国市场招聘经验者优先；
- 熟悉 LinkedIn、Indeed 等主流招聘渠道，并具备实际招聘及 Sourcing 经验；
- 能够同时负责多个岗位，具备较强的优先级管理及时间管理能力；
- 能够适应快速变化、多任务并行的工作环境；
- 具有较强的责任心和 Ownership，能够主动发现问题并推动解决；
- 具备良好的英语沟通及书面表达能力；
- 有大学、College、学生组织、学联等校园招聘渠道资源者优先
