Full job description

Gillespie & Company LLP has an immediate opening for a junior legal assistant/receptionist to join our corporate department in our client focused firm. We are looking for a person who can work well individually and as part of a team in a professional and positive manner - exceptional attention to detail, organization and communication skills are required. Experience in a law firm is an asset.

This position is a long-term growth opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include reception, maintaining a task system, filing, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence and invoicing. The position is full time, in-office only.

Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, NetDocuments, and Soluno would be an asset.

We are a mid-sized law firm and offer a comprehensive benefit package. Only candidates who are considered will be contacted.
