Compensation
Employee: Up to $64/hour, plus generous gratuities and bonuses
Independent Contractor: Up to $76/hour, plus generous gratuities and bonuses

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for experienced massage therapists and bodywork practitioners who are confident delivering high-quality, hands-on treatments in a professional spa environment.
Ideal candidates may include:
- Experienced massage therapists and bodyworkers with strong relaxation/Swedish massage skills
- Practitioners experienced in deep tissue, or sports massage is an asset
- Spa therapists with experience in additional modalities such as hot stones, aromatherapy or body treatments
- Professionals who are confident adapting pressure and technique to individual guest needs
- Guest-focused practitioners who value exceptional service, strong communication, consent and treatment standards
- Experienced therapists looking for a supportive, well-organized spa environment with consistent opportunities to grow their skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized massage and/or spa treatments aligned with our service menu
- Provide thoughtful consultations and adapt treatments to guest needs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
- Recommend appropriate home care, recovery, and wellness practices when relevant
- Communicate effectively with front desk and spa team to ensure smooth daily flow
- Uphold spa standards for service excellence, professionalism, hygiene, and guest care
