Full job description

We're looking for a physiotherapist to join the Neu Movement Pandosy team, and we want to be upfront about something: this role isn't for everyone. If you love high patient volumes, back-to-back 15-minute slots, and handing people a printed exercise sheet on the way out the door, we're probably not your people. But if you find yourself frustrated by that model, and you've been quietly wondering if there's a better way to practice, keep reading.

At Neu Movement, our physios are not bouncing between three patients at once. No rushing through an assessment to get to the next person. Just real, focused, hands-on care. What makes our model different is that Pilates isn't an add-on here. It's built into how we treat. You'll be working with a team that shares your language and your values, not just sharing a waiting room with them.

The clients we see are complex. Chronic pain. Hypermobility. Pelvic floor. Post-surgical. People who've been dismissed elsewhere and are cautiously, carefully trying one more time. They need a practitioner who listens, thinks holistically, and knows how to explain what's happening in plain language. That's who we're looking for.

What we'd love to see in you: A genuine interest in manual therapy and movement integration, not just exercise prescription. Curiosity about fascia, nervous system regulation, and the whole-person picture. The kind of practitioner who gets excited when a client finally understands their own body.
