Job Title: Studio Operations & Client Relations Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC (In-person)

Compensation: $22 per hourSchedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (In-person)

About Us:Jo Studio Inc. is a leading luxury wig and hairpiece studio dedicated to providing high-end products and exceptional client experiences across our Toronto and Vancouver locations. We offer a curated selection of premium wigs and toppers, alongside specialized salon services including color changes, cuts, and custom styling. We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally fast-learning individual with a strong work ethic to join our team in Vancouver in a pivotal role managing operations across both studios.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Studio Operations & Client Relations Manager based in Vancouver to ensure the seamless management of our team, client communications, and product inventory for the Vancouver locations. The ideal candidate must be naturally eager to learn and capable of absorbing new product knowledge at a rapid pace, while possessing an impeccable work ethic and strong commitment to deadlines and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Product Expertise and Inventory Management: Act as a fast learner to quickly gain comprehensive knowledge of our entire luxury product catalog, including specific wig and topper styles (e.g., Au Natural, Ava Topper, Naomi Wig) and service offerings (e.g., color changes, perm, root touch-ups). Manage inventory control and tracking for the Toronto studio.
Client Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and sophisticated replies to all emails and phone calls and communications across social platforms (e.g., Facebook messages).
Team Leadership and Issue Escalation: Manage the day-to-day duties of the internal Toronto team and effectively discuss and escalate any emerging issues directly with the senior manager.

Required Qualifications

A demonstrated history of being a fast learner with a genuine eagerness to quickly master complex product details and operational procedures.
Strong Work Ethic: Impeccable professional work ethic, including strict punctuality and consistent ability to meet all deadlines.
Technology Proficiency: Must be good with technology and proficiently familiar with systems like Shopify (Point of Sale and administration).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a luxury client environment.
Proven ability to manage and lead a small team, both in-person and remotely.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee inventory, client correspondence, and team logistics across two locations.
Familiarity with team communication and social media management platforms.
