As a Sales Rep with RefundPros you’ll be working in B2B tech sales within the growing ecommerce space. You’ll be an important part of a growing company that recognizes success and promotes from within.
RefundPros is a trusted Canadian technology company (est 2016) that helps online sellers recover money they're owed by Amazon, Walmart and the major shipping carriers. Recognized as a leader in reimbursement recovery across North America we operate on a simple performance-based model that clients love.
You will be working with warm leads and existing customers (no cold outreach). The focus is on meaningful conversations, relationship building and helping clients make informed decisions, handling first contact through to close and onboarding.
What you will do:
- Increase company revenue by winning new customer registrations
- Connect with decision makers via phone, email and video chat - listening carefully to their needs, identifying a strong fit, setting realistic expectations and demonstrating where our service provides real value
- Negotiate commission ratesand close new clients
- Experiment with different outreach approaches, this role rewards creativity, persistence, and the ability to stand out
- Use our proven sales process as your foundation, with room to adapt, experiment, and bring your own ideas to improve results.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects ranging from small businesses to large corporations
- Ensure client satisfaction and build stronger relationships during the onboarding and early stages of service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Develop invaluable knowledge and understanding of the ecommerce, shipping and marketplace industries
What we are looking for:
Proven B2B inside sales experience and success is an asset, but we are also interested in candidates whose skills and experience position them to become high performers quickly.
Experience in eCommerce or online business is a strong advantage.

What’s in it for you:
- Base rate of $23–$33 per hour depending on experience
- Uncapped commission, with unlimited earning potential based on your results:
- Year 1 On-Target Commissions: $10,000–$20,000+
- Year 2 On-Target Commissions: $20,000–$36,000+
