Vytality at Home is building a dedicated, full-time care team to support a private client in Brooks, Alberta living with dementia. We are recruiting for a small number of positions that will together provide continuous 24-hour care through 8 and 12-hour shifts. These are serious, full-time roles requiring genuine skill, discretion, and a service standard that goes well beyond the ordinary.

What This Role Requires
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in dementia and Alzheimer's care- this is a requirement, not a learning opportunity; self-stated training and experience is welcomed
- Full-time availability across rotating 8 or 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as part of a 24-hour care model
- The ability to commute reliably to Brooks, Alberta. This is a non-negotiable requirement of the role
- Absolute discretion, the client's privacy is non-negotiable, always
- Anticipatory service: you notice, you act, you do not wait to be asked
- Polished, composed communication with both the client and their family
- Ability to deliver personal hygiene care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal support, and meaningful companionship, with the grace of a professional, not the routine of a checklist
- Comfort with care-plan technology and direct family communication via our real-time family portal
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search — required and must be initiated before your first shift
