Full job description

Le Home2 Suites par Hilton Montréal Dorval est à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) au petit déjeuner à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à nos clients de l'hôtel. Le bon candidat aurait une disponibilité libre car les week-ends peuvent être nécessaires. L’heure de début varie de 5h à 6h, selon le jour de la semaine.

Responsabilités

Monter le buffet du petit déjeuner avant l’ouverture
Accueil des clients avec courtoisie durant les heures d’ouverture
Répondre promptement aux demandes des clients, s’il y a lieux
Débarrasser et redresser les tables de la salle à manger
Laver la vaisselle avec un lave-vaisselle commercial, ainsi que manuellement
Placer et ranger la vaisselle propre
Entretenir son espace de travail
Effectuer les commandes d’après le taux d’occupation
Effectuer toute autre tâche liée à la bonne marche des opérations

Exigences

1 à 6 mois d’expérience pertinente
Attitude positive face aux défis
Capable de travailler sous pression
Ponctualité et assiduité
Donner une image claire des valeurs de la marque par sa présentation et son comportement

The Home2 Suites par Hilton Montréal Dorval, is looking for a full-time breakfast attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The right candidate would have open availability as weekends may be required. Starting time ranges from 5am to 6am, depending on the day of the week.

Responsibilities

Set up the breakfast buffet before opening
Greeting customers with courtesy during business hours
Respond promptly to customer requests if there are any
Clear and set up tables in the dining room after being used
Wash dishes with a commercial dishwasher, as well as manually
Place and store clean dishes
Maintain your workspace
Make orders based on occupancy
Perform other duties related to running operations smoothly

Requirements

1 to 6 months of relevant experience
Positive attitude to challenges
Able to work under pressure
Punctuality and diligence
Give a clear picture of the brand's values through its image and behavior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
