Lucille's Dix30 est à la recherche de Plongeurs, ainsi que de Cuisinier(e)s dévoué(e)s et motivé(e)s pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. Nous sommes activement à la recherche de personnes passionnées, avec une attitude positive, expérimentés et capables d'exceller dans des environnements stressants.

Nous souhaitons compléter notre brigade avec des cuisinier(e)s pour différentes stations :

Line cook (préparation et exécution des plats de la ligne)
Grill cook (cuisson des viandes et gestion du grill)
Garde-Manger (entrées froides, salades, hors-d'œuvre, etc.)
Raw bar (préparation de produits crus (huîtres, tartares, etc.))

Responsabilités :

Participer à la préparation et à l’exécution des plats selon les standards et recettes de l’établissement
Assurer la qualité, la présentation et la constance des plats servis
Respecter les normes de propreté et de sécurité alimentaire
Travailler efficacement pendant les heures de pointe
Communiquer et bien travailler avec l'équipe

Exigences :

Expérience dans des cuisines professionnelles à haut volume ou dans un environnement similaire
La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout afin de faciliter la communication avec certains membres de l'équipe
Esprit d'équipe et bonne attitude
Fiable et ponctuel
Connaissances en matière de sécurité alimentaire (un atout)
Autorisé à travailler au Canada

We are looking to expand our team with cooks for various stations :

Line cook
Grill cook
Garde-Manger
Raw bar

Responsabilities :

Participate in the preparation and execution of dishes according to the establishment's standards and recipes
Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of the dishes served
Comply with cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently during peak hours
Communicate and work well with the team

Requirements :

Experience in high-volume professional kitchens or similar environments
Knowledge of English is an asset to facilitate communication with certain members of the team
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of food safety (an asset)
Authorized to work in Canada
