Description de l'emploi

Notre cuisine centrale située à ville St-Laurent est à la recherche d'un(e) Chef Pâtissier(ère), d'un(e) Chef de production, de cuisiniers(ères) expérimenté(e)s, ainsi que d’un(e) plongeur(se), tous capables d'exceller dans des environnements stressants et positifs.

Horaire :

Lundi au vendredi : 6h à 14h

Salaire :

Chef de production/Chef pâtissier(ère) : Entre 24$-32$/heure selon l'expérience.

Cuisinier(ère) et Plongeur(se) : Entre 19$-27$/heure selon l'expérience.

Responsabilités :

Participer à la préparation et à l’exécution des plats selon les recettes, les standards de qualité et les procédures de l’établissement
Respecter rigoureusement les normes d’hygiène, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire
Participer à la mise en place et au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire
Collaborer efficacement avec l’équipe de cuisine afin d’assurer une bonne coordination des opérations et le respect des délais de production
Respecter les procédures internes, les standards de production et les quantités établies

Exigences :

Expérience dans des cuisines professionnelles à haut volume ou dans un environnement similaire
La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout afin de faciliter la communication avec les membres de l'équipe
Flexibilité pour travailler occasionnellement les fins de semaine lorsque requis (rare)
Esprit d'équipe et bonne attitude
Fiable et ponctuel
Connaissances en matière de sécurité alimentaire (un atout)
Autorisé à travailler au Canada

Job description

Our central kitchen located in Ville St-Laurent is looking for a Pastry Chef, a Production Chef, experienced cooks, and a dishwasher, all capable of excelling in stressful and positive environments.

Hours :

Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Salary :

Production Chef/Pastry Chef : Between $24 and $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Dishwasher and Cook : Between $19 and $27 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities :

Participate in the preparation and execution of dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and establishment procedures
Strictly comply with hygiene, health, and food safety standards
Participate in the implementation and smooth running of daily kitchen operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination of operations and compliance with production deadlines
Comply with internal procedures, production standards, and established quantities

Requirements :

Experience in high-volume professional kitchens or similar environments
Knowledge of English is an asset to facilitate communication with members of the team
Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends when required (rare)
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Knowledge of food safety (an asset)
Authorized to work in Canada
