Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support ongoing projects and operations across different departments. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills and gain valuable industry experience in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and moving items
Support team members with various manual tasks as directed
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of safety procedures is preferred but training will be provided
