Propel Active Health & Lifestyle — Burlington, ON

Build a thriving physiotherapy practice inside a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic — with real mentorship, a built-in referral base, and a compensation structure that rewards your growth. We're looking for a registered physiotherapist who wants to grow a full caseload alongside a team of chiropractors, RMTs, kinesiologists, and strength coaches — not start cold in an empty room.

Compensation

55–60% of collected billings, based on your experience — your earnings grow directly with your caseload.
A guaranteed weekly minimum while you build your caseload, so your income is protected during ramp-up. You always earn whichever is greater.

About the role

You'll assess patients, build individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on, results-driven care for an active, motivated patient base — many of them working professionals with a sport, fitness, and performance focus. You'll work closely with our chiropractors, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and trainers to keep care coordinated and outcomes strong.

This is a part-time associate (independent contractor) role, approximately 12 hours/week to start, with room to grow as your caseload builds.

What you'll do

Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-management
Collaborate with the broader Propel team to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care
Maintain accurate, College-compliant documentation

What you bring

Registration, or eligibility for registration, with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (new and recent grads are welcome)
A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Strong communication skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to patient care
Asset: knowledge of strength & conditioning principles
Asset: interest in sport, fitness, and performance
Asset: certification in acupuncture / dry needling
