We're growing—and we're looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our team located in our Whitby office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong residential real estate conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing efficient, accurate, and exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting title searches and completing registrations using Teraview.
Reviewing title and identifying issues requiring attention or resolution.
Coordinating with, lawyers, to ensure transactions close smoothly and on time.
Ordering off title searches.
Providing timely, professional, and exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate conveyancing as a title searcher
Proficiency with Teraview, title searches, registrations, and related real estate systems.
Experience preparing, requisitions,
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A professional, positive, and client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with lawyers and other team members.
A Law Clerk diploma and/or ILCO certification would be considered an asset.
