Duties

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Spring and fall cleanups
Mulch installation and property detailing
Maintaining clean, professional job sites
Following safety procedures and team standards
Supporting the Crew Leader to complete routes efficiently

BASIC SKILLS:

Humilhity to accept and ability to learn our way of doing our job.
Proven experience with landscape maintenance and gardening practices.
Ability to operate various landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in maintenance tasks.
Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. This position offers a dynamic work environment where technical skills and outdoor expertise are valued highly. Candidates should be motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to creating beautiful landscapes through professional craftsmanship.
