iCleaners Commercial Cleaning Services has been changing the game when it comes to office cleaning services in the Greater Hamilton Area for over 10 years. We are a locally owned, proud Hamilton-based, commercial cleaning and building service company.

Who We Are Looking For:
Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners (9-16 hours per week).
We are currently seeking people available to work 3-4 evenings per week (same shifts each week) and the occasional Saturday. *You must be able to work on Fridays.*
Part-Time Commercial Cleaners Are Responsible For:
- Collecting garbage/recycling, and any loose trash
- Cleaning washrooms
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Detail dusting
- Disinfecting work surfaces
- Cleaning glass, and
- Cleaning stairwells
Growth Opportunity - Site Inspections (After 90 Days):
At iCleaners, we believe in trusting and empowering our team. After 90 days, cleaners who consistently demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude may be offered the opportunity to take on light site inspections at the end of their shifts.
These inspections involve:
- Quickly checking another team member’s work (on-site)
- Filling out a short inspection form in our Swept app
- Helping us maintain high-quality service across locations
This responsibility includes additional compensation and is a great way to step into a leadership-track role without giving up your regular shift.

Basic Qualifications:
- Available to work evening shifts Monday to Friday, 3–4 days per week on a set schedule, for 3–4 hours per shift.
- Willing to work occasional Saturdays and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Holds a valid G-class driver’s license and has access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Owns a mobile phone with a data plan.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work and not afraid of hard work.
- Reliable and punctual, with excellent attendance and dependability.
- Dedicated and takes pride in delivering quality work.
- Able to work efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must provide an acceptable Criminal Record Check (as required by iCleaners).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-focused.
- Quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
- Comfortable working in busy, high-traffic environments.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location:
- Various commercial sites in the Greater Hamilton area (Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Ancaster).
- This role is not remote and requires on-site work.
Hourly Pay Rate
- $17.85/hour for regular shifts
- $20/hour for weekday on-call shifts
- $25/hour for Saturday on-call shifts
