Canvassing ManagerNanoTech Exteriors Inc.

Commission-Only | High Earning Potential | Leadership Opportunity

NanoTech Exteriors Inc. is looking for an ambitious and driven Canvassing Manager to build and lead our field canvassing operation.

We operate within a specialized and emerging segment of the roofing industry: nanotechnology roof rejuvenation.

Our goal is to educate homeowners about an alternative approach to maintaining qualifying roofing systems while building a strong presence within this growing market.

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply work in sales. This is an opportunity to help build a sales operation from the ground up and develop valuable experience in recruitment, leadership, training, and business development.

Position Overview

The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for building, managing, training, and developing a team of canvassers who generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

The canvassing team will focus exclusively on generating qualified opportunities. Our sales representatives will conduct the inspections, consultations, proposals, and closing.

The Canvassing Manager's responsibility is to build a consistent and productive pipeline of qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new canvassing representatives
Train team members on our services, messaging, and appointment-setting process
Develop and maintain a strong team culture
Organize territories and canvassing routes
Establish daily and weekly expectations for the team
Manage field activity and team performance
Coach and develop canvassers in the field
Monitor appointment quality and team productivity
Identify areas for improvement within the canvassing process
Motivate and hold team members accountable
Recognize high performers and help develop future leaders
Communicate team performance and field feedback to management
Assist with expanding our canvassing operation into new markets
Lead by example and maintain a professional representation of NanoTech Exteriors

What You Will Be Selling

You will not be responsible for closing roofing projects.

Your role is to introduce homeowners to NanoTech Exteriors, have meaningful conversations, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Our sales representatives handle the inspection, consultation, proposal, and closing process.

Your team creates the opportunities that allow the sales team to succeed.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with high earning potential.

Compensation is performance-based and tied to the results generated through the canvassing operation, according to the company's compensation structure.

There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable with performance-based compensation and understands that building and managing a productive team can create significant earning potential.

You will be expected to lead from the front, understand the canvassing process, coach your team through challenges, and create an environment built around accountability and performance.

The goal is not simply to manage a group of canvassers.

The goal is to build a professional sales team that consistently creates opportunities for our closers.
