Paramount Family Chiropractic is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and osteopathy.
We are looking for a creative, motivated and highly organized Content & Social Media Growth Coordinator to help us take our online presence and patient growth to the next level.
This is more than a traditional social media position. We are looking for someone who can develop ideas, create compelling video content, write scripts, direct our team on camera, edit engaging short-form videos, and understand what makes people stop scrolling—and ultimately book an appointment.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy
- Research current social media trends and identify opportunities relevant to healthcare and our local community
- Create content designed to increase awareness, engagement, followers, website traffic and new patient bookings
- Develop content specifically targeting Hamilton, Hamilton Mountain, Stoney Creek, Binbrook and surrounding communities
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
Video & Reels
- Plan and coordinate regular filming sessions at the clinic
- Develop creative concepts, hooks and video ideas
- Write short, engaging scripts for chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists and osteopaths
- Direct staff during filming and help them feel comfortable and natural on camera
- Film short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok
- Edit videos into engaging, professional and attention-grabbing content
- Add captions, text, graphics, music and appropriate calls-to-action
- Repurpose longer content into multiple short-form videos
Marketing
- Create educational, entertaining and promotional content that builds trust with potential patients
- Turn common patient questions into engaging videos
- Highlight our practitioners, services, clinic environment and patient experience
- Develop campaigns to promote specific services and attract new patients
- Identify opportunities to improve our online visibility and local presence
- Monitor competitors and successful healthcare content for ideas and opportunities
Analytics & Growth
- Monitor video views, engagement, reach, follower growth and conversions
- Identify which content is performing and why
- Continuously test different hooks, topics and formats
- Provide monthly recommendations based on performance
- Focus on generating real business results—not just likes and followers
The Person We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative and full of ideas
- Comfortable directing people and filming content
- A strong writer who can create attention-grabbing hooks and scripts
- Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook
- Comfortable editing short-form video
- Able to recognize what makes content engaging
- Organized and able to manage a content calendar
- Proactive—you don't need to be told what to create every week
- Comfortable working with healthcare professionals
- Professional, reliable and easy to work with
- Interested in marketing and understanding why content performs
- Able to take an idea from concept → script → filming → editing → posting → analyzing results
