Full job description

Job Overview
I am seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our roofing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing shingles, siding, metal roofing and soffit fascia as well as flat roofs. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

Use hand tools and power tools to install various different styles of roofs.
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and finish quality.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot issues on-site
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and building codes throughout the installation process

Qualifications

Working at heights (training available)
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Prior experience with caulking or sealing is a plus
Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift heavy materials as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable but not mandatory depending on job site location
