Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively work on the in coming calls or call out to customers to provide accurate information about products, deliveries, services, and other required information to customers.
Assist customers with orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rate.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

· Previous experience in a retail after sale customer service or call center role preferred.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Bilingual proficiency may be advantageous, depending on the customer base served.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
