About Us

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Polish language tutor for one of our clients in Burlington, ON.

Reference ID: 1129761
Course Type: General
Format: one-to-one
Total Hours: 24 (twenty-four)
Session length: two hours (total of 12 x 2-hour sessions)
Location: at the teacher's (your) office/home or a central public location in Burlington, ON
Student: 65 y/o gentleman
Current language Level: Beginner
Schedule: once per week, either on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday after 9:30am before 5pm
Start Date: 2026-09-02
Motivation: "My wife is Polish. We are going back to Poland, so I would like to try to understand more."

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Polish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 20 km of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance, part-time position
We are not able to sponsor visas
