Cloverdale Paint is the largest family owned and operated paint company in North America. With over 70 Company stores and 150 Authorized Dealers across Canada, Cloverdale Paint has had a special relationship with its customers ever since the company was founded in 1933.

Cloverdale Paint is seeking an ambitious individuals for part-time positions with open availability at our store in Vancouver, BC.

Weekend availability is a requirement for this role.

We are accepting resumes in store at 751 Terminal Ave., Vancouver, BC.

Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
Tinting & shaking paint
Be able to key in sales and operate basic functions of the POS system

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
Ability to lift up to 70 lb regularly
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Team player
Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude

Physical Demands of Position
The essential function of this position involves physical duties, including the regular lifting, carrying, and moving of paint containers and related products weighing up to 70 pounds individually or with appropriate lifting equipment when required.

The successful candidate must be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable human rights legislation.
