Full job description

We are looking for a Conveyancer with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling real estate

transactions from start to finish, working closely with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Manage purchase, sale, and refinance transactions from start to finish, including final

reporting

Make initial contact with clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the file
Order necessary documents, including payout statements, tax searches, strata forms and supporting materials
Prepare and E-file land title and other documents using Goveyance, MyLTSA, TelusAssyst, LLC Login, and BC Online
Draft legal correspondence and documentation
Coordinate with clients and realtors to schedule signing appointments
Arrange courier services for cheques and documents as required
Be flexible with hours occasionally, when the need arises

What We are Looking For:

3–5 years of conveyancing experience in a legal office or related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
A high standard for accuracy and professionalism
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
