We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with customers in our showroom, by phone, email, and through B2B sales channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with spa owners, salon operators, estheticians, wellness professionals, and medical spa clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Present products, conduct demonstrations, and recommend customized solutions based on client needs
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Provide product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales support
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Maintain professional showroom standards and stay up to date on product knowledge

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent customer relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beauty, spa, salon, wellness, aesthetic, medical, or related industries
Experience with B2B sales and business development
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities
Existing network within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset
