Full job description

Sussex Insurance (Inside T & T supermarket), 2800-1st Ave E, is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our office in Vancouver. We are seeking both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2, Autoplan agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wage: $21-$27, based on experience
Comprehensive benefits package (min.20hours/week)

What We’re Looking For:

Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License (required)
Proven experience with ICBC Autoplan transactions
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work weekends
Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions
