Title of the position: High Rise Window Cleaner (NOC 65311)
Job duties:
Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning on the ground and from ladders or lifts.
Carrying out snow removal duties in the winter.
Communicating respectfully and effectively with co-workers, customers, and building managers.
Completing paperwork at the beginning of each job.
Inspecting and maintaining personal gear.
Ensuring that the work area is always neat and tidy
Ensuring the use of control zones.
Participating in operations and safety meetings.
Terms of employment: Permanent and Full-Time
The language of work: English
Wage: CA $28.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Benefits package being offered: Extended health and dental after 3 months
Location or locations of work: Burnaby, BC

Skills requirements:
SPRAT or IRATA certification is preferred
Impeccable customer service skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment

Ability to work at heights of 40 feet or more
Required education: Completion of secondary school is preferred but not required.
Required work experience: 1+ year ofprevious window cleaning, pressure washing, work at height experience
