Notre compagnie de transport recherche un ou une répartiteur ou répartitrice/superviseur de soir (16h00 à 2H00) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique où votre capacité à gérer efficacement les opérations et à assurer la satisfaction client sera essentielle.

Responsabilités

Organiser, d'optimiser et de superviser le processus de la répartition des chauffeurs;
Répondre aux courriels et compléter la cédule s'il y a des ajouts/modifications de route pour le lendemain;
Maintenir un haut niveau de service client en garantissant une expérience positive pour nos clients et chauffeurs
Au besoin, être en mesure d'effectuer des voyages, près du bureaux, et/ou accomplir des tâches administratives connexes à notre cliente principale (fermer des voyage qui sont plus difficile à facturer;
Gérer toute demande d’aide ou de supports venant des clients ou des chauffeurs en passant entre autres par les appels de road service pour les camions/ remorques
Effectuer des réparations mineures: Tirer et/ou déplacer des camions entre nos clients ou aller récupérer ceux qui seront brisés.

Profil recherché

Détenir IDÉALEMENT une Classe 1 et avoir de l'expérience comme chauffeur;
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément;
Débrouillard avec habilités mécanique de base sur un camion;
Maitrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit);
Habile avec Excel, Outlook.

About the Position

Our transportation company is seeking an evening Dispatcher/Supervisor (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM) to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to efficiently manage operations and ensure customer satisfaction will be essential.

-Responsibilities include:

-Responding to emails and updating the schedule if there are route additions or changes for the following day;

-Organizing, optimizing, and overseeing the driver dispatch process;

-Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring a positive experience for our clients and drivers;

-When needed, be able to make trips near the office and/or perform administrative tasks related to our main client (closing trips that are more difficult to bill)

-Manage all requests for assistance or support from clients or drivers, including road service calls for trucks/trailers.

-Perform minor repairs: Tow and/or move trucks between clients or pick up broken-down trucks.

Required Profile:

*Must hold a Class 1 license and have driving experience;

*Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask;

*Resourceful with basic mechanical skills on a truck;

*Fluency in English (spoken and written);

*Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
