Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in a nurturing classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth through engaging activities and positive interactions.

Duties

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Support children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and learning experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Adapt activities to accommodate children with varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is beneficial.
Experience supporting children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
A strong ability to engage with young learners and create an inclusive environment for all children.
