Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Bartender, where your energetic personality and passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist in food service when needed, including serving light snacks or small plates to enhance the guest experience
Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations will be advantageous
Experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a lively environment
Experience in hospitality or serving roles that require multitasking and quick thinking
