Bolton Honda is currently seeking a Full Time Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team in Bolton. The successful candidate will be a people person and self starter, with strong communications skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Customer service experience is essential.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

Greet people coming into the facility and direct them to the appropriate contact.
Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Monitoring the floor traffic and reporting sales activity including guest visits in our DMS system.
Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Update the dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
Perform motor vehicle licensing administration.
Perform vehicle inventory administration.
Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

Ability to work the desired shifts: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and administrative experience required.
Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Personable, reliable, courteous.
Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.75 - $20.75 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
