Are you the person everyone in the showroom calls when a deal gets tricky?

The one who can structure a deal, find the right car, call the right lender, and turn a “maybe” into a delivery?

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Canada Auto Lending is looking for a Subprime Sales Manager to help lead one of our remote pods. This isn’t a traditional dealership desk job. Our operation is fast, digital, and built for people who know how to move deals from lead to delivery.

You won’t be fighting for leads, begging for approvals, or chasing funding paperwork — we’ve already solved those problems.

Your job is simple: help the team sell more cars.

That means auditing leads, helping structure deals, coaching salespeople, and thinking outside the box when others get stuck.

Why This Role Is Different

Leads

These are full credit applications, many with driver’s licenses already attached.

Inventory
Vehicles are front-line ready and available. No fighting over aged units or buried inventory.

Lenders
Strong relationships with major lenders and subprime banks across Canada.

Funding Team
We have a dedicated funding team handling compliance, paperwork, and funding follow-ups. You focus on structuring and closing deals.

Technology
Our operation runs on strong processes and modern systems. Comfort with technology and CRM tools is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Audit incoming leads and ensure fast follow-up from the sales team
Help salespeople structure and close deals
Work with lenders to secure approvals
Identify the right vehicles to match approvals and customer budgets
Coach the team on stronger deal structuring and closing techniques
Keep deals moving forward so vehicles actually get delivered
Think creatively when deals get complicated
Help improve processes and workflows within the pod

Who We’re Looking For

A team player who is friendly with staff and able to help, coach, and drive sales
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience in a similar role
Strong experience with subprime or special finance deals
Comfortable structuring deals and working directly with lenders
A natural closer who can help others improve their performance
Strong with technology, CRM systems, and digital sales processes
A leader who holds the team accountable but still jumps in to help get deals done
Someone who thinks creatively when others give up

Compensation

This role is designed for someone who wants to win.

High earning potential tied to performance and overall pod success
No cap on earnings
Contract role with benefits
