Position Summary and Overview of Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance customer experience and streamline communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Monitor and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Willingness to pursue training in Advanced Compression Assessments and Inside Sales techniques

Valuable Qualifications and Assets:

Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or Human Sciences.
Proficiency in customer relationship management SAP (or similar) software.
Strong understanding of accounting, AR and AP.
Familiarity with the Alberta Aids to Daily living (AADL) program.
Demonstrate empathy and a patient-centered approach when working with customers and care providers.
Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
