MAKING AN IMPACT
Reporting to the Manager, Cloud Solutions, the Cloud Solutions Analyst provides operational support, planning, and engineering for CCS’s Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. This role supports and enhances cloud-based collaboration, automation, and AI-driven solutions by leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot technologies. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement through automation, low-code solutions, and responsible adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Administer Azure cloud services and infrastructure, including identity, access, and security controls

Develop, implement, and support organizational Microsoft Teams and SharePoint team sites
-
Configure and support selected SaaS platforms, including tenant configuration, integrations, access controls, and ongoing operational support

Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
-
Integrate Power Automate flows with SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Outlook, and third-party systems where applicable
-
Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and basic Model Driven) solutions for internal teams

Apply best practices for automation governance, error handling, documentation, and performance optimization

Assist with testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of automation solutions

Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Assist in creating, configuring, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, including knowledge source configuration, topic design and conversation flows, basic integrations and troubleshooting

Demonstrate basic AI and Agentic AI knowledge, including promoting best practices, responsible AI principles, data privacy and security considerations

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify safe and valuable AI use cases

Support documentation and user guidance for Copilot and AI-enabled tools

Provide technical support for Microsoft core business applications and cloud services

Analyze and resolve user issues related to: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics and other Microsoft services

Resolve assigned incidents, service requests, and change requests; act as an escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues

Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot in a timely manner

Adhere to technical standards, policies, best practices, and organizational change management processes

Identify technology enhancements that improve system reliability, security, and user experience
-
Create and maintain clear, concise technical and end user documentation for automation, AI, and cloud solutions

Provide advice, knowledge sharing, and informal training to peers on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot tools

Contribute to cloud, automation, and AI-related projects as part of the broader Digital Strategy and Technology business unit

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in an area of specialty or equal certifications.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Azure services and Active Directory / Entra ID
- Cloud environment and SaaS platform administration
- PowerShell (basic to intermediate)

Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including basic agent creation

Understanding of:
- Automation concepts and workflow design
- Low code/no code development principles
- Cloud security, identity and access management, and Zero Trust architecture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
-
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Adaptable with a continuous learning mindset, particularly around AI and emerging technologies

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities as part of a small but highly engaged team

Familiarity with PCI compliance concepts

Bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred, with French being an asset due to the organization’s nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across various regions.
