We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Butcher to join our manufacturing team within the food processing industry. This role involves preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products to meet quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in butchery, food safety, and meat processing techniques, contributing to efficient production workflows. Responsibilities

Perform precise meat cutting and trimming according to product specifications and safety guidelines
Operate and maintain meat processing equipment with mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance
Package finished products securely, adhering to food industry packaging standards
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and sanitized in compliance with sanitation protocols
Assist in inventory management by accurately labeling, storing, and rotating meat products
Follow strict food safety procedures throughout the processing cycle to prevent contamination
